Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation or photos (if applicable). Returns must also be shipped using a method that requires delivery to our address with proof of signature. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
2.3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
